• Demanding huge salaries regarding your profits as if they are the bosses
• Mistreating other employees and don't want to contribute equally as others.
Don't even hire a friend!!!

I resigned as i was expected to work twice more then other employees. I was qualified but least paid as that emotional blackmail family card was used. Currently I'm blocked and received a 4 months eviction letter from home. It doesn't Work.

Some come to work anytime they want and gives unreasonable excuses, if I have to employ a family member then I will give him/her strict rules

After over 10yrs of employing relatives and not seeing progress at all, we engaged a manager and our relatives gave him trouble after trouble. Always overlooking him. Today we have no single relative and I wish we got rid of them much earlier.
Going forward, I have no intentions of employing relatives.
