Instead of renaming, why cant the EFF (together with partners) build a new University? If Solidarity & Akademia can do it, why can't the EFF (maybe with some unions) do something similar? They can even make it a cultural/indigenous language institution.

I'm not against it. However, I'd say let's give these people a challenge. For every institution they wish to rename, they must 1st build 1 thing equivalent to that which they want to rename. That way, the country will move forward.

Why always renaming of institutions & towns must happen in the EC, why he doesn't call for renaming of Wits, Johannesburg etc. Former & current Rhodes students are happy with the name & want the institution to remain Rhodes just like Fort Hare.
