Dr Musa and his wife Liesl Mthombeni are back in South Africa after another vacation and celebrating Christmas in style.

Dr Musa captioned his Instagram post with photos:
"Merry Christmas from our little family to yours! Happy holidays and all that stuff. Enjoy gaining all the weight that has been portioned to you because let’s remember that there are no diets or eating plans in December.

You wake up with such good intentions. Such good plans to eat some oats for breakfast and 6 litres of water by the end of the day… BUT then the spirit of December overwhelms you and you find yourself at a Chisa nyama at 11:03 devouring R200 wors, controversial pap and Mam Susie’s mild chakalaka.

As you debate whether or not you should listen to my advice or not, remember the wise words of Sir Stevius Komphelius:
“You got paid, it’s month end. Thanks God. There’s a pair of sneakers you want and the budget is tight… forget the budget, look after your emotions!”
