Multi vehicle accident leaves multiple critical and multiple others injured and 1 deceased in Boston KZN

Midlands EMS Advanced life support paramedics along with 4 Midlands EMS ambulances were dispatched to the R617 boston for a multi vehicle accident.

On arrival, it was found that multiple vehicles were involved in an accident.

1 patient sustained fatal injuries and was declared deceased on the scene whilst 1 patient was found to be entrapped in a vehicle and required advanced life support treatment.

Multiple children sustained critical injuries, with one of them being an 8 year old boy was placed on a mechanical ventilator on the scene before being Airlifed to Hospital for further care.

All patients were treated on scene before being transported to various hospitals for further care.
